		Continuing maintenance ・Observation and maintenance by periodical recall ・Ongoing preventive therapy, both in office and at home, with regular review.

		Cavity preparation with minimal intervention ・Remove fractured portion
		Restoration by fluoride releasing materials ・Place fluoride releasing low viscosity composite resin (Unifil Flow) and light cure, in small increments.
		Continuing maintenance 9 years after restoration. With good control the tooth remains healthy.
